Is acne wash safe

Hello ladies. I've been breaking out a lot with this pregnancy and wonder what u ladies use. I always steered clear of face wash during pregnancy bc of sacylic acid or whatever. I read that it was bad. I was using http://www.neutrogena.com/product/oil-free+acne+wash+redness+soothing+facial+cleanser.do?sortby=ourPicks
But now I'm afraid to touch anything. My acne is getting out of control :(.
