Is every Pregnancy Different?(i sure HOPESO)

Hi Everyone=) My first pregnancy was pretty easy Id say, I didnt get nausea, But I started getting Severe Swelling and they found protien in my urine samples, my reflexes were always normal, no dizzy spells, no weird sight, just the swelling and protein.. My BP(blood pressure) was always Normal. Within the first two wks(after Delivery) i lost 40lb, not fat- but water. During pregnancy i felt like a cow, and didnt want to go anywhere........ everyone whos been there knows.
We are currently deciding on whether to have a second one...... our daughter turned one a couple months ago and we want our children close in age. I personally have looked at my friends situations and it just seems that every three to four yr old that is a only child is like" i dont want Baby"......... and so on  ..... ANyway sry for rattling off.
WHAT CAN I DO OR EAT OR EXCERSIZE TO PREVENT SWELLING??????? and for those that went through this can you please tell me you experiance????? if u had a second child i mean............ did it happen again?????? or What can i do to not get this Pre-eclampsia again????????????? PLEASE LET ME KNOW>>>
I really want a second, but i guess im terrified to be that way again........

Every pregnancy is different. Swelling is a common pregnancy complaint, especially in the last trimester. I was so swollen that I could FEEL water under my skin. It was so gross!

So far I'm 24 weeks and haven't had any swelling. Drink TONS of water, eat low sodium foods, etc.

gotta agree with martikadragoon. i was 18 when i got pregnant with my first and suffered from hyperemesis gravidarum ( throwing up EVERYTHING you try to get down you basically ). 2nd pregnancy i had morning sickness but nowhere near as bad. both subsided mid pregnancy. 3rd pregnancy was an ectopic. 4th i had a touch of morning sickness but nothing major. bad morning sickness, heartburn and often traces of blood/protein in my pee but no infection and more than my fair share of bleeding. so, yes, every pregnancy is different. that's no guarantee things won't be similar for you this time around though.

my first seemed to be a breeze.  i struggled with morning sickness until week 16 and was only tired in the first and third trimesters.  That's about it.  Now, with this baby.....everything is different.  I didn't have any morning sickness.  I have struggled with endless uti's and yeast infections.  I have no swelling (yet) but I am in agony with my lower back and hips.  Can barely walk.  Didn't experience this with my first.  I too am tired all the time (thank goodness my toddler still naps).

xxswtvi3tgurlxx~ lol, being young and strong doesn't prevent nausea and exhaustion... it depends on the pregnancy. With my son I was 21 years old and threw up for 25+ weeks and was very sick. With this baby (i'm almost 15 weeks pregnant) I had only a little nausea once my intitial sickness was done (1 week) and I've been very tired. I'm 22 years old (my kids will be 16 months apart... planned)

Well every pregnancy is different. I remember from my daughter I didn't get morning sickness but I was very emotional and had very sore boobs. I was always very tired and couldn't get up in the mornings. My pregnancy was what I consider good. I did have swelling but it was during my last 2 weeks of pregnancy and I gain all my weight during those 2 weeks. My daughter is now 4 years old and I'm on my second pregnancy. She is very excited about being a big sister.  I have explained what her role is going to be when the babies arrive. This pregnancy has been hard on me. I have been put on bed rest already since I was about 5-6 weeks and I am now 9 weeks. It has been difficult on my husband and I. I think you should have another baby when you think you are ready. Everyone is ready at different times. We always wanted to wait to have another baby and now I do wish we had gotten pregnant when my daughter was younger.
