Is it just me?

I'm 28 weeks and 3 days & am a ftm. I have been feeling extremely tired lately. I feel as if i can sleep all day. Can't concentrate on work or do my house chores. I had my gestational diabetes test a week ago, but haven't heard back from my doctor yet. Is it just me or anyone else experiencing the same issue?

I don't want to scare you but that's exactly how I'm feeling and my results took a week. And I have digestional diabetes :/ not to happy but eating healthier
