Is it just pregnancy or am I falling apart?

Yesterday I got extremely sick- vomiting, light headed, fainty, I believe I had heat exhaustion. So I drank more water then I thought was possible a slept all day. Felt better when I woke up then couple hours later I started to feel that way again. So just drank more water and went to sleep for the night. Now I'm up and (TMI) I have diarrhea, my lower stomach has a burning sensation, my back is killing me, and when ever I get up to do something, I get sharp pains. I'm FTM and 19w3d... I feel like I'm falling apart.

I also forgot to mention I had two anxiety attacks yesterday. Vomiting triggered it both times. Yea I think I'll give them a call just to be on the safe side. Thank you ladies!

It really does sound like your falling apart lol but seriously, how far along are you? Fainty feeling can be a result of low blood pressure which i have too. My dr says low is always better then high. Difference in bowel movement can be normal. Always drink lots of water no matter what. Its good for heat stroke and in general health too. Drinking lots of water will help with swelling during ur whole pregnancy too. Burning feeling in the lower stomach im not sure. I know some light stretching freling is normal and ur back killing you can be a result of as ur body changes ur posture changes too. Make sure u keep a good posture at all time and hot pads on ur lower back may help relieve some of the strain. All in all, i would make mention of it to ur dr. Its always good to give every detail u can to ur dr. Makes it easier for them to pin point if anything is wrong.

Well they say us pregnant ladies need to stay out of the heat. I'd just give them a ring just to be on the safe side.
