Is it ok to drink soda?

I usually have a glass of soda every once in a while and it's always caffeine free. Do you ladies drink soda while pregnant?

I drink crush since it's caffeine free. Yum. Just not a lot cause it's calories that aren't needed lol.

I do not drink soda and especially would not while pregnant. I don't even allow my children to drink soda... but that is just me and I feel that they are just so unhealthy. I do make an exception for when someone in the house is sick and nauseated or throwing up, I then buy sprite and only sprite.

I drink soda. I'm 37 weeks and 5 days and haven't had any issues. You can safely have 200mg of caffeine while pregnant.

I do, I actually crave sprite all the time. But I drink soda every once in a while.

Yes :) you can drink soda, especially of its caffeine free but just make sure to not skip out on water, juice, and milk
