Is it possible to ovulate 3 weeks after a miscarraige?

I swear I'm ovualting...I had the EWCM this morning when I wiped...and I'm breaking out which only happens when I'm ovulating. Can it happen, I was only 3 weeks along when I miscarried?

Hi There...I had a D&C on Mon. 12/10 and know that I'm ovulating, as I used an ovulation predictor test yesterday just to see......so that was only a week!  So you most likely are.....YAY!  Good luck!

Sorry, haven't been on here for a while. I had a natural miscarraige. My doc didn't say either way but I've seem some women on here that didn't get there period for a while after they miscarried so I wasn't sure what to expect, My doc said to try whenever I felt up to it. I didn't think I would be up to it so soon, but it's hard to wait a whole month!!

You can ovulate before you get a period after a m/c. It doesn't matter if it is a D&C or natural. I don't know why your doctor would say that to you unless he was lying so you wouldn't TTC just yet. I've heard many doctors tell women to be careful you don't get pregnant before that first period because of the trauma your body goes through with a m/c. Doctors just don't like it. Especially for dating purposes.

There are many women who get pregnant immediately after a m/c and go on to have healthy, full term babies.

I personally got pregnant after my first period after a m/c and my beautiful baby will be 9 months old on Christmas Eve!!!

I don't think it matters when it comes to Ovulating...if you miscarry naturally or have a D/C that doesn't mean that your body stops Ovulating. It's just that when you have a D/C your doctor advises you to wait to try again because it takes your uterus longer to heal but it shouldn't affect your Ovulating.
I had a natural miscarriage, and I was 12 weeks along and I started Ovulating less than 3 weeks after which I thought was pretty quick. So I think it was definitely possible you Ovulated on the 3rd.
Hope this helps!

You can ovulate at anytime before you get your period... on average it takes usually about 4-6 weeks to get your period after a miscarriage so yes you could be ovulating! :)
