Is it safe to eat cherries during pregnancy?

Is it safe to eat cherries during pregnancy?. I read some articles, it's written that they hurt and cause gas pains and bloating.

Please share your experience or if you have any knowledge on it.

Thank you....

All i know is I love cherries and have been eating them with no problems! I say if you love them and they aren't giving you side effects, go for it!

I ate like a pound of those things yesterday :) I didn't have any pain or bloating, so I think it's ok, but I guess everybody's body may react differently to it. It may be a good idea to ask your dr. about it. Best wishes :)

Some people have problems with bloating and gas. Others don't. Just make sure to clean them before you eat them.

Cherries are safe to eat in pregnancy, but keep in mind that if you eat to much pregnant or not it can cause gas and the runs lol. I just made a cherry-blackberry pie the other day, and it was sooooo yummy!

You also have to remember that having gas is pretty normal for being pregnant. Your insides get pushed as baby grows. So eat all the cherries your tummy can handle, because they are an excellent source of Vitamins and minerals!
