I am 37wks 60% effaced 2-3cms dialated and at station 0. Is labor soon?

sounds to me you are in labor and it can last up to 48 hours before its time to actually push good luck

You never know, you could go anyday or you could go to 40-41 weeks. At this time it is a game of patience, good luck and you will get there--trust me I am with you I am 34 weeks.

U could go anytime. I started that way with all my kids at 7 months I started dialating, so by the time my labors actually started I was almost 1/2 way through! I had really quick labors though my 1st was 4.5 hrs, 2nd 3hrs, 3rd 1.5 hrs, 4th 43 min. All were natural no drugs:)

You could stay like that a week or two then again you could go tonight. It's hard to say.  But either way you are really close!!!
