Is this my heartbeat or the babys

I am 11w 1d pregnant and today I went to my doctors got the heartbeat of 145. I bought a doppler and I'm getting a reading of 125-135 but I just don't know if its mine or the babies. I put the doppler to my heart and it 85-95. I know I kind of just answered my own question but I want you opions the doppler is CONTEC.

thank-you so much...i had a different doppler with my daughter but it was poop and didn't pick up anything until 23 weeks... and with this one being high risk already i had to buy one..lol
