Is this normal?

Im 4 or 5 months pregnant and supposedly 20 wks and 2 days.  I. Am big somewhat...books, nipples, but now they all look the same still...no bigger. Is this normal for how far along I am? Another thing..I  don't feel him or her moving hardly...is that normal or should I worry? In going to the doctor Wednesday.

I started to show really early around 14 weeks, and felt first movements at 16 weeks. My friend who is 2days behind me didnt show until 26 weeks and didnt feel movement until 24/25 weeks. She is now bigger than me and i only look about 6 maybe 7 months pregnant but im due in 4 days. Everyone is different and no 2 pregnancy's are the same.

Different women will react differently to pregnancy. I didn't feel my boy move until last week and I'm now 24wks :) hope this helps. Do you know what you're having or a surprise ? :)
