Is tylenol ok to take if yur pregnant?

Im sick of my backache and all we have in the house is Tylenol Extra Strength w/ Acetaminophen 500mg.  I want to take it but i am unsure if i should, id rather suffer a backache than hurt my baby.

I take tylenol with coedine, or ibuprofen for headaches, that is all my dr. let's me take!

I was told by my Dr. that ONLY REGULAR strength Tylenol is ok.  So I would call & double check with your dr. about the extra strength!

Thank you, i still havent decided if im going to take it, maybe take a nap and if i still hurt then take it

OB told me two regular Tylenol or one extra strength is fine.

I've had a bad cold for the last week and I was told (by a pharmacist) that regular strength Tylenol is fine.  I' not sure about extra strength....
