Klebsiella pneumoniae - Early pregnancy

I'm in my First Trimester (with 8 weeks fetus) of my pregnancy. I have been diagnosed "Klebsiella pneumoniae" bacteria after High Vaginal Swab Culture Test as I was facing increase in vaginal discharge day by day. I also saw one line of blood in my vaginal discharge one day.

Dr.! Is it safe to use Amoxiciline 500 mg after every 8 hours....  for this bacteria? Is it safe for the fetus? Is it safe for me?

Any recommendations, advises please? Thanks.
