Lactose intolerance forming during pregnancy?

So I'm starting to think I am becoming lactose intolerant during my pregnancy. I'm 30 weeks tomorrow (yayyy) and every time I have cereal in the morning about 1 hour later u start getting really bad poop pains (tmi) and end up having diarrhea. I never really had much of a problem with dairy but milk really hates me right now. Is it possible to become lactose while pregnant? Anyone else having this issue?

I developed it with my first pregnancy. More of a milk allergy. Now it won't go away and I have to take a lactose pill when I have milk. But soy milk and almond milk are both good. Different but good.

I have the same problem. My ob said it was common to havr issues with certain foods while pregnant. I tried to eat all lactose free but it was not working. My ob told me to go to walmart and get pills called lactaid, you take them when you eat or drink lactose and it helps you digest it. Works like a charm for me :)

Its possible to develop intolerance to lactose later in ur life. So its more then possible lactose doesnt agree with u but im not sure its going to go away after ur child birth. Try either soya milk or rice milk. They have flavored ones too. And you need to go lactose free cheese, yogurt, sour cream...basically everything. That is if it is lactose. Ask ur dr about it and see if u can get tested for it. Going lactose free is hard but trust me could be worst. My family growing, my sisters are gluten free, my dad and my sisters are lactose free too and my mom cant have garlic or any aciditic fruits. You learn to deal with it trust me lol homemade fresh bread every day makes it easy too :P
