Left abdominal cramp

I'm currently 9w3d pregnant and this morning I woke up with a slight discomfort on my left side of my stomach but it only happens when I bend over to get up. There is no bleeding I'm just worried. Is this normal?

I was told you can get some cramping from the muscles relaxing. Im 12+3 and get cramps on my right side, u/s showed baby is slightly to the right and in about the spot I have cramps and not to worry too much unless I have spotting too

Its normal to cramp on one side or the other or both. You probably just strained the muscle a lil. You will be fine hun.. I have been doing that by accident lately.

U should avoid geting up from bed sitting uop, it is better u turn sideways  and also avoid bending over.
