Leg Aches and Numb Limbs.

Okay, second question.

I've been getting WICKED leg aches at night time this past week.

Like in my left hip, both my knees, lower legs, ankles and feet.

The hip is usually every other day or so mostly, or if bad weather is coming or happening. And it usually only hurts if I'm walking or standing for more than 5 minutes at a time.
But I think that's just a bad skateboarding accident I got into a couple years back, finally catching up to me. lol

But everything else is just complete confusin cuz I never got aches like these unless I was out working long days at the horse stables, or if I did alot of running that day n what not.
Just aches from being on my feet for hours and hours and hours with no breaks.

I do walk alot, but it's mostly to just go outside, or to the kitchen to get a drink or something to munch on.
But it's not enough to cause these pains I've been getting.

So if anyone can explain that to me, that'd be great.

And as far as sleeping goes...
If I lay on my left side, my hip kills me.
But if I lay on my right, my right arm and right leg goes numb.
Like that tinglie torchering tingle when your foot falls asleep.
I HATE IT!

I heard that sleeping on your right side when you're preg, can cut of circulation from a major vein that runs from your legs back up to your body, and that laying on your left side is best.
And I do admitt, my left side is more comfortable, but after about an hour, I gatta wake up and roll over cuz my hip is starting to hurt.
And then I'll wake up an hour later and roll back over on my left and have to deal with that tingling. lol.

I can't lay on my stomach anymore cuz it's very uncomfortable.
Which SUCKS cuz the only way I could get a GREAT night's sleep was on my belly with my arms stucked under me.
Nope.
Can't do THAT no mores.

Ugh.

Does being pregnant SUCK or what?!
I guess I've learned my lesson to be more careful next time.
I just can't wait till this thing is over and I get my baby cuz then I'll realize that this torcher was worth it.
lol

I'ma make best friends with birth control after this one. lol

haha yeah I laughed after I read what I wrote too.

I know what you mean.
It's not funny what I actually am GOING through, but it's a funny situation.
lol.

But that ain't HALF what goes on in my bed at night.
Josh left my right side of my face black n blue a couple times cuz he went through a phaze where he'd sleep with his arms ontop of his head, and he'd elbow me in the face and wake me up every half hour to an hour.
Or he'll lift his arm up and either hit me in the head/face with his arm, or with his hand.
Nothing like waking up to a b*tch slap at 3 in the morning. LOL

He's been very careful about this now that I'm pregnant, but before he'd like, roll ontop of me and snore in my face and his dragon breath would practically make me GAG.
EWWW ugh.
Or he'll roll half-way on me and have his nose/mouth like in my ear, and snore SO LOUD he'd sound like a friggin bottle rocket.

Girl I can't even DESCRIBE what this man used to put me through and still does.
But his time has come... he kept me up all night all the time, now it's his turn for me to wake him up and **** him off. lolol
Payback's a b*tch.

OH MY GOD!  That is one the most hilarious posts I've ever read!  LOL!  It's not funny that you're so uncomfortable but the description of what goes on at night in your bed CRACKS ME UP!  I won't have to deal with that for a while yet!!  Thanks for the chuckle....I esp. love the eggroll comment b/c I always say that I roll up in the blankets like a taco!

Ah man.
I drink like practically like 5 TALL glasses of ice water a day and you're saying I should drink more????
LOL

Josh gets irritated cuz I wake up in the middle of the night and rip the 2 body pillows we got right out from underneath him and it messes up the rest of the pillows.
[[cuz we keep them under our sleeping pillows for elevation.]]
Then he gets pissed cuz he's gatta get up and fix his pillows.
Then he gets pissed cuz I'll spend like 10 minutes trying to fix my pillows and then stuffing the 2 body pillows between my legs.
And if that don't cut it, I'll start stuffing like mini blankets and my giant teddy bears between my legs too and behind my back and just, I'm surrounded by a cluster fu*k of blankets, pillows and stuffed animals.

Then he starts bitching that sometimes my teddybear's a$$ will end up in has face, or one of the pillows will be blocking his, "Breathing Space" lolol.

And then he ******* cuz I hog the blankets and roll myself up like an eggroll ontop of that.
haha.

We never had this problem till I got pregnant.
lol.
I joke to him and tell him we should do like on Family Guy and get 2 twin size bets and rope them together.
That way if I **** him off at night he can move his bed over away from me and my pile-o-stuff that surrounds. lolol

But I know it's okay to lay on your tummy.
My mom told me I'd know when to stop cuz it would start hurting.

And she was right cuz it does, there's just too much pressure.

So yeah.
lol

drink more water (like you don't pee enough already hu?) and sleep with a pillow between your legs. BTW You CAN sleep on your belly as long as your comfy.

Up intil 20-22weeks. so your good.

hope this helps.
