I was really nauseated my first 3 months.
I don't like drinking water either....
So what I did was add apple juice to my water
I couldn't even eat meat so the apple juice helped get through my first 3 months of pregnancy
I went thru a phase where water didnt work for me also... my last pregnancy all i wanted was water and i was shocked when i couldnt drink it for a bit this round... i wanted juice lol or ice tea... pretty much a lot of sugar but it has since past and im back to water again... but i hear ya! its rough not being able to drink it, especially when you know its better... oh and i drank milk too... but ya kinda gotta go with the flow as its not fun being nauseous!
how bout sum juice the type u add to water dats all i drink dus me well. x
you could try doing juice ice and adding them to your water for some flavor. or you could look into the flavored water choices at the store. or i think i would just switch to watered down juice for a bit, until second trimester. or try sucking on mints while you drink. might over power the water flavor?
what about hot water with lemon? is that still not good?
Try propel or any flavored water.
I used to drink water a lot throughout the day, I liked it super cold. But now I can't, I even tried room temperature water and it's still hard to swallow.
I found that if it isn't SUPER super cold I won't drink it. I have 2 bottles going at the same time, one is in the freezor and the other is with me. I switch them through out the day.
I also have added some orange slices to my water, or anything to give it some flavor. but i have to admit I don't add to it very often.
