Letting the past be the past

I found out monday that I was pregnant and due jan 8th. Im soooooo excited and nervous at the same time. I in 07 had two miscarriages and now im not 17 pregnant and just freaking out miscarriage would be terrible but its always on my mind I got two tattoos two weeks ago I had some drinks and im like thinking what not to do wrong should I ask the doctor for early ultrasounds to see if everythings okay or should I just be happy and go about it normally. Im happy and excited and alot more poisitive then I was when I was 17 but im just scared any advice ???? Need major support. The fathers kinda upset weve been rocky so he thinks its gonna suck but is anyone ever really ready for a baby!? Idk all I have to say is im pregnant and I want it to come thur and I wanna be happy

Don't press for early ultrasounds, they don't show anything.  Go with the schedule the doctor suggests.

Sorry your relationship is rocky.  Use the time while you're still on your feet and strong and all, to cement your job and your living arrangements, and make sure of the financial aspects of your life.  You'll need to have that all in stone if the guy bugs out.

hi. congrats. I m in the same boat as u r. already miscarried 3 times n pregnant again. i m not celebrating neither excited. just taking best care of mine n praying for my baby. cant take the past accidents out of my mind. may God bless our babies. n for u my suggestion is just relax n dnt stress urself. These things r out our control. do as the doctor says.

Congratulations on your pregnancy! I wouldn't worry about what you did before and would just focus more on being healthy now. You can't change what you did before and stressing about it will only make things worse. I hope you can work through things with the baby's father, since statistically many fathers don't stick around.

Good luck hun! And yes! The past is the past. I had my first child at 17 with my first husband. I don't regret having her. After I had her I have since miscarried 7 babies. It is very hard. Good luck to you and congratulations!
