Levels looking good...ultrasound soon???

After my progesterone being low again on Wednesdays labs but hCG rising normal i was given suppository. Of course it was after having to fight with the doctor for them. Well Friday's results just came in and hCG was 1197 (which more then doubled again) and progesterone 9.2. I know it is still low at that level but it came up from 6.5 with just 2 doses? So now i go back to the lab today and Wednesday then Friday go in for ultrasound. On Friday i will be about 6w2d, so should i do it then or wait another week?

Well ladies im back from the doctor with no ultrasound. Oh and i must say im in love with my new doctor, she seems to care so much. She decided it was best not to do the ultrasound in case we did not see anything and cause me worry. She did send me back to the lab and will have results in the morning. Also if my progesterone is not 15 or higher from today labs i will go to 200mg per day. I was told to continue moderate bed rest and strict pelvic rest. If i have any pain or bleeding im to go to her office right away or the hospital and have her called. Im also being sent to Anaheim imaging center for my early ultrasound which is scheduled for next Monday at 11:00am!!! She did do my pap since im due and promised it would not hurt my lil bean to do it. Also she did a internal exam where she put her fingers in my who ha and felt my lower stomach and asked if i felt any pain. By that she said i felt to be between 5-6 weeks and all look normal. I so pray my lil bean makes it to December to bring us joy!!!

You should see the sac today - and that's great you got a new doctor!  Your progesterone should rise even more on Wednesday.  I'm so glad you got a suppository. Let us know how the ultrasound goes!

I agree with the ladies. Get one for kicks and giggles lol. This time in your pregnancy only happens once. and if the doc is offering why not take it! Congrats!!

I'd do it. I saw the heartbeat with both children at 6w1d so if you have a good machine then you might be able to pick something up! Plus if they don't see a heartbeat it will be because it is just too early and then you will probably be scheduled for a repeat in a week or two.

I'm so happy to hear your levels are rising and that even your progesterone is going up now!! Personally, I wouldn't want an U/S that early just so I am not disappointed if I don't see anything. If you wait another week, you will more than likely see a LOT more plus a heartbeat! But it's completely up to you. That's just what I would do so I don't have unnecessary worry.
