Ligament Pains

Can anyone explain how these feel?

They hurt so bad I was in labor and delivery all night for it . They are in the bottom of my stomach and they hurt to sit up to lift my legs ... They are like cramps ! I actually had a little bit of blood last night from it popping a blood vessel

I laughed earlier and got it, didn't realise that's how it happened. I get so worried at the slightest pain.

When you sneeze, cough, laugh to hard, or move to fast you get a really Sharp pain on either your left side or your right, in your groin area. Usually when I get them I have to stop whatever I'm doing for a few seconds because they hurt so dang bad!

I find that they sometimes feel like menstrual cramps mostly on the right side sometimes on the left. I had gone into the hospital on Sunday to get checked because I had them constantly all day.
