Light spotting

I'm hoping someone may have experienced something similar to me!
My last cycle was 46 days (long I know) I have been told I have mild PCOS on one ovary! Anyway I am now on day 46 of cycle again and last had intercourse 21 days ago. I'm not on the pill and my husband did not use a condom. For about 7-8 days I have been experiencing light pink bleeding but not every day. I am exhausted, feel dizzy and my nipples have been sore! Sorry TMI.. I have taken 2 tests (Clear Blue) and one had a faint line but I think this showed up after the 10 minute allowed time frame! The second later on was negative.
Any advise or thoughts will be much appreciated.:)

Thanks so much for the advise! It's nice to hear that there are others out there that can help me and others out.
I got home and did a clear blue digital, dipped it into a glass of pee (nice) waited for (I'm guessing 20 seconds, I didn't use a watch to time) it came back negative. I'm still spotting slightly and have lower back pain. I'm not putting the odds on not being pregnant but instead just having a strange month! In a way I'm sad but guess it's not my time yet. Time will tell...
I've had read so many forums that it makes the situation quite confusing.

I am looking for a professionals Advice.I am at work and cannot take off work.

I am under no stress,I have not lost or gained weight.
I am only a day late,However whenever I am due for my monthlies I get very tender and sore breasta,I have intense cramps and I am heavy.

Now a few days ago I found a light brown blood on my underwear, ther after inercourse We found a bit more of the brown blood.I have only had increased sleeping habbits as well as a slight nausea and a slighty bloated tummy which feels like wierd when I wear something around my waist.My last period waa on the 9th July.Today is the 10th.One day late although I dont feel all that pregnant I feel a strange feeling in my abdomen.not a cramp just slights tugging feeling.Neg urine test yesterday but I am almost positive that I am.The only thing is my partner only came inside me while on my last monthlies....I am so confused...are these pregnancy symptoms even though they are so slight?

How accurate will a blood test be now, or should I be patient and wait till next week?( I am just so excited I dont wanna wait any more)

Good luck on the test.  I do know that the clear blue digital takes more hcg level to read than a typical pregnancy test.  I have always done the clear blue digital and found out I was pregnant and it was always the day before AF was to arrive or the day AF was suppose to arrive.  Good luck..and like the others said...give it a few more days and test again.  I can understand how scary it is.  Also be sure that you are using the test properly (I know crazy thing to say) but if you are "peeing" on the stick make sure you to it for the alloted time...also if you are using a cup then be sure you do it for 20 or so seconds like the directions say...sometimes this can be a factor.  I didn't pay attention on time when I switched brans and it read negative when it was really positive.
