Loose bowels (tmi)

So im 37 weeks now and for the past week ive been having loose bowels. Ive heard that many women went through this before going into labor. Is this true? And if not what could it be????

I wish it was that way :/ I've been haveing loose bowel since 32 weeks and now I'm 38 weeks and still not even dilated or anything :(

I have been having loose bowels since 36 weeks and I even get diarrhea, not fun, I'm now 39+4 and no baby yet :(   I have heard its a start to labour but in my case, it's been weeks, it's clearing out your bowels to make more room for baby to move down

Not sure but if its true I should be giving birth any day then lol! The last few weeks have been pretty sh!tty .. No pun intended haha
