Loosing my sh!t...

I'm 34 weeks and I've got severe restless legs syndrome. It's 1:30am & I had an average of about 2 hours sleep per night for the last month. I'm completely exhausted and struggling.. Hubby was so awesome tonight and offered to sleep in the single bed in the nursery because I constantly stress that all my tossing and turning is keeping him awake and the more I stress the worse my rls is. I almost fell asleep a few times tonight but each time I did miss 2 would stir over the monitor and wake me up. She's now in daddy's spot in our bed and the harder I try to lie still the more I need to move so I'm keeping her awake now. I want to scream......

Look on suprise parties website. They have a hot heart messager that is reuseable and would work great for the senerio that arica88 said. They are a little over 10$!

I have to hear that you have these problems but at the same time so relieved as I have the same thing going on. The only thing I found to help is a heating pad on my legs behind the knee. I found these body comfort heating pads that are awesome. They are some kind of liquid in a silicone pouch u just pop the tab and they heat up to 130deg and all u have to do is boil them and u can reuse them they can also be put in the freezer and stay make for a while. They are expensive but u can find other brands online @ amazon.com look up body comfort heating pad. Also as doc says drink lots me water and elevate legs. Hope u find relief.
