Loss of appetite

Okay..I haven't had a appetite for about a week now. I've been drinking ensure and eating salad. I ate two pieces of toast and bacon for dinner last night and hated every second of it. I just don't feel like eating and when I forced myself to eat..... I feel sick or gag. I'm about 6-7 wks now and I feel guilty but I just don't have an appetite. Help!!! Any & all tips are welcome....I need help.

What i usually try to do is get what i want...mexican food or maybe a cheeseburger. I eat a lot of crackers and cranberry juice. I've been craving cucumbers and chicken noodle soup, so that's what I'll be eating for now. I feel so full when I drink just one glass of water...it's hard but your suggestions help a lot thank you, I'ma try to find some fruit I like...tonight I'ma make some cornbread and chili and see how it goes...thank you  again...

I think fluids are a must, but if you can't eat, don't force yourself.  Does anything appeal to you at all? Maybe some type of fruit, or could you maybe tolerate crackers? I've been like that, and I eat mostly turkey sandwiches or cheez-its. There's just very little that appeals to me right now, and I'm 10 weeks and have been doing this for 6 already. I try to keep my fluid intake up, which has been a challenge. I try to eat fruit over junk, because I'm craving sweets some of the time. It's a challenge, but you just have to think about what sounds good. Or eat a bite here & there of something healthy. I'm getting better as I approach week 12, but I'm still not out of the woods yet. You'll figure it out, not to worry. If it gets too bad, approach your doctor for a solution.
