Low Progesterone Levels

I just had a miscarriage about 4 weeks ago.. and about a week or 2 after i found out i was pregnant again.. They did a blood test they said my levels are rising but my progesterone levels are kinda low... Im really worried since i just had the miscarriage.. They just put me on progesterone pill... Please has this happend to anyone and resulted ok????

My levels went totally down to 0 after the miscarriage.. i made sure of that so did they... then i was pregnant again.. she said im deff preg again,,

like carrisarae said, did the doctors make sure your HCG levels had returned to normal after your m/c?I am guessing you didnt have a d&c.

Take the pills and hope for the best.  I know that next time I get pregnant I'm going to be pretty paranoid so I'll probably take anything that will help me maintain the pregnancy or I will try to avoid doing everything that I've done this month.  I've already sworn off caffeine,  I'm probably going to eat all of my vegetables from now on too ;)
I really hope it works out for you, I know I'm fine and coping pretty well with the misscarriage but I don't know if I could go through it again, it really takes a toll on your body.
My next step is convincing my husband to put out somehow, although it really seems that he really wants me to get pregnant more now than before. We'll see! I hope you have a sticky-sticky bean :)

im just curious..had your levels gone back down to less than 5 before they determined you were pregnant again? because after i had my miscarriage my levels kept on rising and rising, but i wasnt pregnant and had a molar pregnancy, (where the body thinks you are still pregnant and the placenta keeps feeding into the uterus causing tissue to grow)..because if you found out a week after a miscarriage how are they sure it isnt your hcg levels from the misscarriage? not trying to worry you or anything..im just curious if they have checked your hcg levels consistently since you mc

Yea she said my progesterone level was 4 but im realllly early.. i may be about 2 or 3 weeks pregnant.... so i dunnoooo

Many people have low levels, but the cream and pills really seem to help people and I know for my friend, she only had to take it until she hit the second trimester, and then they said she was out of the woods.  Good luck! :-D

Hahah yea that happpend with me and my fiance,, hes like NO SEX.. im likke COMEONNNN....

This happened to my friend, and she was put on the progesterone cream, and is 20 weeks pregnant and healthy.  Good luck to you!

My Dr. has tested me, apparently there's nothing wrong, it just happened.  So I just want to start ttc as soon as possible.  Dr. said no sex for 3 weeks :(  husband paid too much attention to Dr. and wants me to get "healthy" before doing anything. :( I want to have sex :(

I didnt have a d&c.. i was only 7 weeks the first time.. and my miscarriage was not becuase of low progesterone.. my Progesterone was fine the first time. And i dunno wen u shuld get ur period cycle back.. they say usually 4-6 weeks after a miscarriage... I didnt even get mine back and i got pregnant again.. after i stopped bleeding from the miscarriage me and my fiance started having sex again (we didnt think i could get prenant until i got my cycle back) but i guess we were wrong.. lol. 2 weeks after my m/c i felt weird again so i took a test and i was preggo....

im sry your going thru this. it was hard for me and my fiance.. it stinks. but keep trying and make sure ur dr tests u for everything.

I just had a miscarriage this past weekend (I'm still bleeding).  How long did yours last?  did you do a d&c?  I'm wondering when I will get my cycle back or when I'm going to O again.  
Well I'd say keep taking the progesterone pill, if that was the cause of your last miscarriage then atleast this time around you will have higher progesterone and the pregnancy will progress just fine.  I think that's what happened to me that my prog. levels were too low.  Anyway just be glad that they are keeping you closely monitored.  How did you find out you were pregnant again?
