Also forgot to mention when you stand up or sit up from laying down go slowly so you don't pass out. Give your blood pressure and body a moment to adjust as you shift between sitting laying and standing. And always always always if you feel like you are going to faint immediately sit down and put your head down preferably back against a while to support you in case you do faint. I don't want you to bump your head or your baby bump.

Your blood pressure is always lower in the second trimester it's like record low. I had low blood pressure too even in my first trimester. The key is to eat every few hrs and drink more water than you can imagine. We need approx 100oz per day at this point. No wonder we have to pee so much lol. My GP always teased that I needed to eat salt like lick it off the pretzels but ingest a lot more sodium in my diet to help w low blood pressure. Hopefully the combo of frequent small meals 5-6 times per day, 100oz of water per day and maybe a little increase in sodium in your diet can help. Also check out mayoclinic's website and see if they have any suggestions. I use them often to research medical stuff and the American Pregnancy Association too.
