Low hcg levels please help:(

I am about 7 weeks pregnant, I went to the er on sunday for brown spotting & they did bloodtests, ultrasounds and checked to see if my uterus was opened. My uterus is closed & in the ultrasound there was a sac & I saw a little bean for one short second, me and my mom happened to be the only ones that saw it (Lovelace) are idiots. They did not check for a heartbeat in the ultrasound.

I Got the news that my hcg levels were low, not incredibly low but low im not sure what numbers, and i took more bloodtests two days later, they did not increase or decrease and i took another blood test today and I am waiting for the results tomorrow.
Will my baby make it? has anyone ever went through this?
On the ultrasound they literaly checked for only about 5 minutes and did not check for a heartbeat. They were so quick to suggest that I get a D&C tomorrow but I don't wanna do it :[ My mom says i have to or i will get sick and she says that they wont give me an ultrasound because my hcg levels are not where they are supposed to be.......should i still have hope? what should i do?
please no rude comments Im at my breaking point right now...:''(

im taking se-natal vitamins, also i said, my hcg levels were low, did not drop or rise

I would at least get another ultrasound just to be sure and do more bloodwork.  With my first m/c I got it just to make sure before I got my d&c.  For me it was closure. I am sorry you are going through this an good luck to you.

I know the feeling and I am sorry for what your going thru but I agree with alaysha it sounds like a miscarriage. If your levels are not rising there is not a point for an ultrasound. I went thru the exact same thing a year ago and I am pregnant now and scarred out of my mind. Get the D&C keep taking your prenatals and you will get pregnant again. Good Luck!!

In order for it to be considered a normal pregnancy the level would need to at least double within 72 hours. If its not rising or falling it sounds to me like something is wrong. I would demand another ultrasound to see what they find and have them recheck your levels but you get a D&C but it honestly looks like a missed miscarriage to me. I am so sorry you are going though this.
