Lower Left Pelvic Pain

Could an ectopic pregnancy, which is attributed to a previous ruptured appendix, occur in the left tube even though the appendix is on the right side of the abdomen?

I had my appendix rupture and after that I had 4 ectopic pregnancies on the left side. I have never had an std or any other issues that would contribute, so yes it is related. My doctor did say that the fluid from the ruptured appendix can scar your reproductive organs, Mine just happened to be on the left side,
