Massage safe?
Is getting a massage while pregnant safe? I'm 8 weeks. I really could use one right now! I mean a professional one.
My friend is a massage therapist and she said that after your first tri its ok... But because of the toxins your muscles release when you get a massage it is best that you wait till then
They usually suggest waiting until after 12 weeks. Most places won't even massage before that just in case you do miscarry they don't want a lawsuit on their hands.
