I googled that u should get a special pregnancy massage but only furing ur 1st trimester. Im on my 3rd trimester do u ladies kno if i still need a pregnancy massage?
I'm a massage therapist an actually u shouldn't get a massage in the first trimester but it is fine to get a prenatal massage
Yes. If you are pregnant you need to see some one who is licensed in prenatal massage. Sister in law is a massage therapist
