Maternity Leave.

Okay, so I work in a very labor filled environment and I was wondering when I should go or notify my manager that im going on maternity leave.  Im small and work outside so I wear heavy uniform. Meaning im sure he doesnt know. Im currently 6 months and today was the first time I considered leaving early due to swole feet.

I would talk to your doctor about your work load and see when they suggest you take maternity leave, and maybe not call it your maternity leave if you have to leave before baby is here, but call it a medical leave and then start maternity leave when baby comes so that you don't have to go back to work right after baby comes lol
