When is a good time to go on maternity leave? I'm a CNA at a assisted living facility, I have already injured my hand well my wrist. Everytime I try to talk to someone about it they are not here or they are very busy. I'm 33 weeks along so far and have swollen feet and numb legs and hands.

I went on maternity leave at 35 weeks cause when i was 36 we moved to a different house about 10 minutes away from my old place, i had horrible back pain where i can onky stand for 30 mins at a time. And my leg kept giving out.
