Measuring bigger....

So I had an appt. today with my midwife. Everything looks great! I am 20 weeks and I am measuring 22 weeks. Does this mean the baby is bigger than a 20 week old baby? I hear it's completely normal to measure bigger or even sometimes smaller. Have many of you ladies experienced the same thing?
Thanks.

I'm measuring 2 weeks small, but at 33 weeks my baby was 5lb 6 oz so size doesn't always give it away.

Ok. Thanks. I was a pretty big baby myself at 9 lbs 4 oz but my husband was just over 7lbs. I guess we'll see in the spring!! =)

At my 20 weeks ultrasound she was measuring a week big... now she is measuring right on time. Some weeks they just develope faster than others... or you could be having a big baby. However they wont determine that until the end of pregnancy. I'm glad everything is going good! :)
