Misoprostol Use

Hi -

I used misoprostol alone to induce my 4 week old pregnancy last week (pregnancy was a causation of rape).  I have been bleeding brown for 3 days and today I started bleeding bright red and passing very small clots.  I don't believe it has anything to do with the medication since I took the meds last Friday and misoprostol only has a half life of 30 minutes.  My blood loss is like a fairly light period.  Is this a normal miscarriage for someone at only 4 weeks along?  My LMP was Sept. 23rd.  I am currently having cramping and will go to ER in a few days to confirm all of pregnancy has been expelled (I have no private Dr.)  My question is:  What if the pregnancy is still viable??  No providers in my area provide abortions, hence why I tried to induce it myself last week.  If I go to the ER and tell them I took this medication will they provide me a D & C?  Will they get me in trouble for taking the medication (I was prescribed this medication)?  Are they required to provide help and D & C if the baby may have birth defects now because of this medication that I took?  Any help please............
