Try chicken noodle soup I statred the same way I ate small portions of things.. soup and now im eating wat I crave
im 5w5d as well and heres the best thing my mom in law had told me when i couldn't keep ANYTHING down. plain toast, crackers, or water. it got to the point where i would sleep my nausea away. but went the ENTIRE day with an empty stomach and puking up stomach acid. But my mom in law told me to make a piece of toast and (if your not allergic to nuts) put some peanut butter on it. and let it melt a little bit. eat it slowly and take your time with it. it worked wonders for me!! give it a go (if your not allergic). Good Luck Hun!
I'm goint to warn you, get used to it. I'm 16 weeks and still have that issue. i suggest crackers to start you off, maybe some plain toast. Gingerale and other clear liquids. Once you can stomach that eat something more, but make sure its bland. My first 2 months were crackers, toast, and chicken noodle soup (low sodium). good luck!
