I had preeclampsia with my daughter my bp was 104/60 until 38w. It jumped up to 150/100 and I had protein in my urine and bad headaches. I also started gaining 4+ pounds per week  my last two weeks of pregnancy (I delivered at 38+1).

Its borderline my midwife said if you have vision changes a headache that wont go away with tylenol and stuff to call I ended up with it my last couple wks of pregnancy I gained 10lbs in 2wks which resulted in me being induced at 39wks cause they didnt want me going past that and my protein was high they may just put you on bedrest and see what that does and go from there good luck

No driving; lay down put a bucket beside ur bed... just in case, and keep hydrated. Drink gatoraid and see if it helps. Sounds like u need hydration. Stay off ur feet and drink a ton of fluids. Hope u feel better!

140/90 is considered to be on the higher side during pregnancy. What has your bp been at your appts? You should definitely call your ob if you're concerned it's higher than normal.
