My throat hurts soo bad after throwing up!!

Is there anything that will help? My throat kills and I threw up A LOT this morning. My doctor said it was ok to take GRAVOL so I took one of those to help me but this sore throat is killing me :/ any suggestions?

I agree with the hard candy thing. Mine was cinnamon though lol

And dark sodas are the biggest no no for morning sickness. I've seen the little streaks in my stomach acid enough times to know better than to drink a coke with breakfast again!!

Also, any citrus-y candy, such as lemon heads will help. It's something about the citrus I've discovered. Oh, and popsicles will be your best friend, besides the toilet bowl. :)

Lol if anybody feels your pain, it's acline and I. We're a day apart I think and have had it the whole pregnancy! Good luck!!

And Ginger tea or Ginger capsules can help if your morning sickness gets bad. Helps a lot of people. Never did it for me though lol

my doctor says tylenol cold and flu is safe. Won't stop the morning sickness, but when I tore my throat so bad I puked blood, it numbed it for a whole. I didn't take a full dose. Just enough to line my throat a little. If that doesn't help, you can ask your Dr is cepacol(sp?) Throat spray is safe.

Peppermint tea! It'll help with morning sickness and the sore throat.
