Nauseous, Cramping & not pregnant....

I went to the doctor yesterday, with cramping in my lower abdomen and left pelvic region.  It seems like I have to go to the bathroom all the time but nothing comes out.  About a month ago I had lots of nauseousness, extreme fatigue and sore boobs.  She told me that my brown blood period was probably just an abnormal cycle.  I tested this week and a BFN.  I am still getting nauseous and feel like throwing up throughout the entire day and extremely hungry.  I have had to let my belt go a size because when i sit down it pushes on my stomach and makes me dizzy....  Doctor pushed around on my stomach, gave me stuff for my cramping and told me to take the Prevacid (for my burping) and to come back in 3 weeks.  I had blood tests and urine tests done yesterday so I do not know the results yet.  Could this be a bladder infection that is causing all of this or could I possibly be pregnant.  She did not ask for a pregnancy blood test....

I too have had cramp like pains in my left groin region. It started with hurting to push on it (about where the crease of my leg meets my groin) and now it hurts all the time. Butt my left leg and shin are also hurting and I seem to have gas (probably from not eating from being so worried about pregnancy.) So, it may just be gas. Mine is feeling a little better, but it is still scary because it feels like cramps. I have thought I was getting cramps before though and freaked out that they were implantation cramps and were not pregnant. I'm pretty sure gas can give you cramps like menstrual cramps.

You could be pregnant. Sometimes you get a false negative. Just relax and wait to see your doctor in three weeks and see what happens. Also, they may have tested for HCG and progesterone in the lab workup and didn't tell you to give you false hopes. Doesn't sound like bladder infection to me.
