Im 9 weeks pregnant and my bf and I continue to have sex and now I am getting a urinary track infection or yeast infe,tion is that xommon and what so I do and what can I uae... Pls help ir hurts when I wipe....

It could also be bacterial vaginitis which is like a yeast infection but more severe and is really common in pregnant women. It is treated with a cream you use for 7 days. Commons symptoms are unusual odour/discharge and painful frequent urination. It is naturally occurring in pregnant women.

Monistat is only ok if you use the 7 day one..the 1 and 3 day are too strong for baby!! That's what my doc says, but check with yours first to make sure..every doc has different opinions..!!

I have the same problem....im 7wks2days and I've had a yeast infection twice. Im waiting to go to my ob until im about 12 wks, but I was wondering if monistat was ok,  also?!

Cranberry juice is good to drink when having a uti. it will flush your kidneys and bladder. Plus it is safe for the baby. If it does not go away, you need to see the doc.

I would call a hotline and ask about using monistat. Personally, if you are having these problems you may need to go on. It could be signs of other infections that could be bad for the baby.

Not sure what u can take for a urinary track, but I know you can take monistat for yeast infection. It's on my approved medication list from the dr :)

I don't think your supposed to because of the baby wait for the doc if go to the we they will prob only give you antibiotics for that.

Im waitin for my medicade so I dont have anythng now so can I,just use monistat

Go to the doctor they will prescribe you something also go pee right after you have sex, it will help you prevent them.
