I wouldn't worry much...as another posted said it's probably a choroid plexus cyst which will normally resolve itself.  My youngest daughter had one at our 20 week ultrasound, at the next ultrasound it was completely gone.  She is now 4.5 yo and is just as happy and healthy as can be.

Thanks alot. I was so scared and worried. I have to go see a perinatal specialist on April 27th for him to do another ultrasound and look at the cyst so I am just praying that eveything goes okay

congrats on the girl!
wha tthey saw is probably a choroid plexus cyst.  they are supposed to always go away on their own.  our little boy had one and when we went back it was gone as well.  did your 1st trimester screen come back w/ good results?  did they find anything else abnormal?  if you want you can look at my profile under posts and see the questions that i have asked about this over the past 2 months...  hopefully they would help some.
