No vaginal discharge a sign of pregnancy?

I have been extremely exhausted for about 2 weeks, feeling nausaus for about a week.  I have also had a headache that seems to linger on for about a week.  My period is due any day.  I have noticed that I do not have any vaginal discharge.  Could this be a sign of pregnancy?  I may also note that I had my tubes tied 8 years ago.  If I lay down and press on my abdomen between belly button down to vaginal area it is extremely sore.  I did not do a pregnancy test yet.

I usually got really dry before my period and I don't remember having that feeling when I first learned I was pregnant. Considering you had your tubes tied, I think the chances you are pregnant are pretty low... You may want to take a pregnancy test, anyway.

It depends it could be pg usually ecm is a sign you are but some women experience dryness too. It could be a number of things. Have you taken a hpt? I would start there and then if still not sure have your blood drawn. Good luck.
