Not a question... CANT SLEEP :/

18+2 today and its about 10:30pm here and Im still wide awake. I usually pass out by 9:30 especially after a long day at work. I keep burping so taking tums! My tummy feels weird not painful but uncomfy- don't know if its baby or a stretching feeling or what but can't find a comfy position :/
Just up looking thru this website and watching silly tv.
What would you ladies do to help fall asleep??!!

I take pepto bismol or zantac for the burping, for sleep i have to a take unisom tablet or else id be up allll night. All of those meds are from a list I got from dr. hope this helps!
