Not sure anymore

So I have all the symptoms of being pregnant.  My breasts are tender, frequent urination, overly tired, nausea at some points during the day.  I took a HPT on Saturday because I was suppose to start my period on Friday (plus all the funny symptoms) and it came out negative.  But I thought maybe I just wasn't far enough along to have it read the hcg in my system.  I then had what I call a sort of period.  It started Saturday night about 10pm and only lasted around 12 hours.  It was heavy at first then down to nothing.  So I'm not so sure anymore.  Is this something that normally happens in some pregnancies and I should still schedule blood work with a Dr. or was the HPT right and I'm not pregnant it's all just in my head.  I don't have any insurance so if I'm paying to go to a Doctor I want to be sure there is a good reason.

Hi. I am in the same situation as you are right now, but my bleeding came 4 days before my period was supposed to start. I am still bleeding now. It started off brown, then it got red, but not heavy like my period is. It looks like it is getting lighter now. I took a HPT yesterday morning and it was neg. I dont know if this is implantation or not but I am going to take another one tomorrow morning. Who knows what will happen. I have also had all of the preg. symptoms. Just to let you know, I was just reading about girls (on this forum) who have had medium to heavy bleeding then they found out they were pregnant. So, don't lose hope (if ur hoping) :) .

Hi~ PMS and Pregnancy symptoms are very similar, so its hard to say if you are or not. I would say if you had a heavy, heavy flow that you are probably not pregnant and that it maybe just a weird cycle. I would say wait a week and take another HPT again.

My DH have been ttc for about 6 months now and I experience all those symptoms you listed every month, but then nothing for us so far :(

Are you trying to get pregnant?
