Nuva Ring Question

Ok so here is what has been happening...for the last 9 moths (since Marley Anne was born) I was but on non hormal bc. The nuva ring. I had used it before with no problems. today is the CD28 for me and I usually start spotting around cd 24 or 25. I have taken a few pregnancy tests in the last few day (which have all been negative) and I would be almost 13 weeks since my hubby has been in Tampa. I think I am freaking myself out. I know I have to wait a few days and see if I start and then take another test, I am going to start temping because I will not be on the ring this month because my insurance doesnt kick in until the beginning of August. I think i am losing my mind.... Any advice for a confused momma/

I HATED the nuva ring with a passion! I used it for three days, and then tossed it in the garbage. lol.

I know that when I was on the patch before I had Lexi, I would spot for two or three days and then get my cycle three days after removing it. After Lexi, it would take like five days and my period would just start. If your cycle has been regular since being on the NR I would wait and test again.

If I remember right, didn't your previous babies have trouble showing up on hpt before a certain time frame? Idk, it does sound kind of suspect, but if you would be 13 weeks along, surely it would have picked up, right?

I had a friend get PG on Nuva Ring just this past Feb.  I couldn't believe it.  I am a very strong believer in BC contreception.  So I did some research and found out they are not as effective in overweight and obese women.  I have no idea if you are but thought that info would have been good to know.

I also was on the nuva ring and it didnt agree at all. Didnt finish the month.  Horrible experience and have heard a lot a bad reports since

Concieved Navy while on the Nuva Ring. I took it religiously too. I would put it in at the beginning of the month take it out at exactly 5 pm and put a new one in at exactly 5 pm a week later. I never took it out other than that week. Used it for 6 months and became pregnant. It also would give me uti's because bacteria clings to it.

Yikies. No birth control for me this month. I am just going to be charting as much as I can and when out and bought another BBT but I have yet to start my period and I am on CD 29...
