OMG....I FINALLY GOT A +++ after one year of trying

I just went to the doctor today for blood work. Its been a year since my miscarriage, and i didnt think i could get pregnant.I wanted to see if something was wrong, and BOOM! I was cramping today, and paid no mind, but realized today i am due for my period, and nothing. So i took a test of ha ha's and it came up so fast.I cant believe this!!! I wonder what the bloodwork will say, LOL
