OT** I think I'm torturing myself!!

Question

I try my hardest not to get on Craigslist. I keep going there and searching the baby & kid stuff section. I can't help myself!! I know that there isn't a reason why I should even be looking at stuff to buy for a baby since I'm no longer pregnant. I just keep looking and telling myself oh that would be nice to have I would have bought that if I was still pregnant. Like the papason bouncer that this lady is selling bran new in the box unopened for $20 they are over $50 in the store. Why do I do this!! I know that I shouldn't but I just can't help myself.

Yeah but I don't even have a possibility of TTC right now..... but I have thought about buying the stuff just so I would have it but then again I don't know it could be years before I even get pregnant again.

actually if it makes you feel better, my g/f would pick through craigslist, and buy items she'd want that were unisex, and she'd store them...not display them, but store them.....she  was very confident about concieving soon after her m/c, and she was like, well i dont care if i'mnot pregnant, i'm not going to find THAT deal again!!! and she was right! she concieved 3 months or so later, and she brags now about how she found the best deals when she wasnt pregnant! thanks to that whole, when you need/want it you can't find/afford it!!!

aside from a bed set, she found coordinating EVERYTHING!!! i mean everything!!! and for like 500 total? and that INCLUDED a 6 month old crib, that was still partly in the box w/receipts!(the toddler/full bed compnents were still boxed).....i think she found a swing, walker, bouncer, high chair, co sleeper/pack n play, wall deco's, curtains, changing table, dresser, omg i can't even remember it all!!! and practically everything was in brand~new condition! and in the design she wanted! yet when she was preg, she couldnt find 1/2 of it!!!
