OT kinda: Graphic..or whatever it's called

Okay so let me start off by saying I'm sorry to be so graphic and disgusting but this is not normal.  AF arrived on Friday spotting.  It was very dark brown (like usual) and Saturday it was spotting and then last night got pretty heavy.  I had was passing very small clots.  Yesterday and today I have had horrible cramps.  So today I start passing bigger clots.  It's not unusual for me to pass clots I'm pretty much use to it.  I just went to the bathroom and literally I passed a huge clot.  It was half dollar size.  It wasn't like a normal clot it looked very watery.  Does anyone else or has anyone else ever experienced this?  I'm so lost....can't figure out why they are so big.  AF arrived early!  Like 5 days early.  Anyone have any answers?

I'm use to having clots...but VERY Small ones.  Never really big.  The normally only last for a day maybe 2.  I have not clotted all day today so I think it was just a bad AF. I go to see the doc on the 6th.  I called them today and he said that if it gets worse to come in or go to the ER.  So hopefully...I can wait until the 6th.  I also asked him about Endo...he said that he does not think i have it but when I come in he would check just to be sure!  Thanks Joy...I never knew that was a "side" effect!

If you say this happens often and you are used to passing clots, you may want to see your doctor to make sure you don't have endometriosis. Especially if you're trying to conceive! Not saying you have it, but you may want to make sure.

This may be late but I have incredibly abnormal periods. I often pass clots that size. I don't know if this helps, but I can relate to terrible cramping and big clots.. Although that is "normal" for me. It isn't every month, but every few months I just have an awful time. I don't know what that's worth, but hopefully this was just a bad period for you. Good luck.

I am not preggers I took a test this morning.  I have not passed any clots throughout the night and this morning so far.  I seriously now think it's just AF related....just a very crazy month.  The cramping wasn't like AF really.  Those cramps normally came and went for me.  But who knows....my body has done a lot of things different in the last 8 months.  Good luck at the doc Gina.


Atlantisea- I do not think I m/c I have not passed anything that would be considered.  I think I am just going to wait it out and see what the doc says next month.  I should be seeing him around the 6th.  (I had to chart for 2 months temp. and OPK)  We'll see where it goes from there.

My two M/C's felt completely different too...but I'm just thinking with all that Cramping (which I'm assuming isn't like your normal AF cramping) and than with these large clots...all I can think of is an early or missed M/C. Even if you tested now...if you are M/C there's a chance it wouldn't even come up + because in April when I got my + 3 days later I got a negative...I had already started M/C and the bleeding hadn't even started.

But then again, it could be just your body and AF having a really crazy month. With M/C's and just normal body stuff...it could just be a rough month! But I definitely think you should get in and see your doctor right away just to be sure. And to be honest I would take a HPT..I just keep thinking in the back of my head if you are Pregnant, you should know because maybe there is something to be done to help you. And if you're not, than you know its AF related.

I'm not sure I would test if I were you. It is awful when you know you miscarried, so in this case ignorance is bliss. Miscarrying this early does not affect your chances and it is ok to try again straight away, so just TTC again...

I'm feeling fine other than this cramping.  It's weird and it feels NOTHING like my last m/c.  I don't know.....I haven't taken a HPT.  We've been on the go so much so I haven't had time and I started AF when we were on vacation.  I don't think I m/c because my temps dropped like they should.  I  don't know.  I am debating to call the doc tomorrow or wait it out and see how it goes.

Have you taken a HPT recently?? Because I know some women pass tiny clots during AF but a half dollar size just seems odd...I hate to even say it, but it reminds me of an early M/C...besides all this, how else are you feeling??
