OT....but dont know what is going on!!!

well, its almost 5 am here and i have been up for about 30 mins waiting for my sore throat to go away! every night for 2 weeks i can go to bed with a slight achy throat and wake up in the middle of the night and my throat will still be hurting but even worse.....WTH could be wrong!!

well, around 12 today my sore throat went away....now its back and i cant even go to sleep because of it...i have been wanting pop/soda or whatever you may call it a lot over the last couple of weeks and for the past 3 nights i have had DH run to the gas station to get me one, i'll drink it all before i go to bed....could the caffeine be my problem even though i drink pop occasionally (maybe 12 oz. a day)????????

thanks girls my sore throat has finally gone away now but i look forward to it being here again tonight! i didn't take anything just drunk some coffee, and warm tea...and the warmth soothed it a lot better than the tylenol, maybe thats what i'll have to do until i get a chance to go to the doctor!

I woke up threw the night with a very sore thoat too, and I just looked down with a flashlight and looks like there is infection, too much to do today, guess I'll have to go to the walkin tomorrow

that's a possibility. man, it stinks that everyone is so sick. i guess with the weather acting all crazy, changing from hot to cold, everyone is feeling it's effect. Benadryl is ok to take in pregnancy so I don't think it would hurt if you took one now. But if you feel uneasy about it I guess all you can do is wait it out. I hate sore throats! They are the worse. Almost as bad as ear aches but not quite. I hope you find some ease. Good luck!

i live like 10 ft away from my mom, so i see her everyday!!! my lil bro got sick(flu) 4 weeks ago and then my neice got sick(pnemonia) a few days later and then last week my son got sick(cold/flu) and now my nephew is sick (adenovirus) so i was kinda thinkin that maybe where all the kids have been sick that i am contracting all there sicknessess or atleast some of them??????uuuuugghhh!!!!!!!!

i actually took a tylenol just to releive the soreness and it helped for a lil while but i dont want to take anything other than that just in case this is my month,
