My cycle is 32 days so i ov on the 16th day.but you wont ov the same time every month due to external factors,so you could be a day or 2 out,i always give myself few days before 16 and after just to cover me.

If your period was 21st nov then you ov that month on the 7th november.i doubt you would ov on the 5th dec as its only 9 days, how may days in a cycle do you have,28,or more.

depending on how long your cycles are.  Mine are most of the time 31 days so I count 14 back from when I expect my period again......you usually O 14 days before your next period.  On a 28 day cycle it's normally CD 14

You count back 14 days from the start of your period.
