Hi ladies jst wondering when the baby is sed to be engaged. is 2/5ths engaged higher or lower than 3/5ths engaged in the pelvis? like would 3/5th be lower in my pelvis than 2/5ths would be?

hi my midwife never sed nething i read through my notes after she filled them in and it says the babys is 3/5ths engaged now that was on tuesday! but i am 38 wks today so not long left now cant wait lol thanks for your reply tho.

If baby is 2/5th of the way, they are not as far down as 3/5ths of the way. So 2/5th would be higher up.

Most doctors talk about what station your baby is at. -3 is when baby is up very high, whereas +3 is when baby's head is crowning.
