PREGNANT?

hi, a few quick questions not for me for a friend..

1) my friend has told me for the past few months that she has not had a period, but they have always come and gone when they felt like it, she told me in the past she has had 3 m/c.
Can you ovulate everymonth when u hardly have a period? she said she had a one night stand with a friend around 4 weeks ago.now she says shes pregnant. Since she has been living with me she has not had one period.
i didnt think u could get pregnant without ovulating?

she said she did have take a test, i didnt c this test but i just think its very weird to become pregnant when she never has a period. im just worried about her

You can't get pregnant if you're not ovulating however, you can ovulate at anytime.  She may have had sex during a cycle that she did ovulate.  Usually, if you don't have a period, you're not ovulating.  Has your friend taken an hpt and was it positive?
